Ingredients
- 300 g Beetroot
- 2 Stück Potatoes
- 1 Stück Carrots
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 L Vegetable broth
- 1 Handvoll dill
- 1 EL Vinegar
- 100 g Sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Dice beetroot, potatoes, and carrots.
- 2. Sauté onion, then add vegetables.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and simmer.
- 4. Season with vinegar.
- 5. Garnish with dill and add sour cream.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
