Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tomatoes
- zum Garnieren Basil
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
- 2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the eggs.
- 4. Add tomatoes and scramble while cooking.
- 5. Garnish with basil and serve.
