Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Spinach
- 50 g feta
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in olive oil.
- 2. Add spinach and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add eggs and scramble while cooking.
- 4. Add feta and fold in.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
