🍖 Beef Rollades with Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 300 g Beef roulades
- 2 Shallots
- 2 EL Mustard
- 50 g Bacon bits
- 400 g Red cabbage
- 1 Apples
- 2 EL Apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml Beef broth
Instructions
- 1. Spread the beef roulades with mustard and top with shallots and bacon bits.
- 2. Roll up the beef roulades and secure with kitchen twine.
- 3. In a large pot, sear the beef roulades on all sides until golden brown.
- 4. Add the red cabbage and diced apples and sauté briefly.
- 5. Deglaze with apple cider vinegar and pour in the beef broth.
- 6. Cover and let simmer for about 60 minutes on low heat.
- 7. After cooking, remove the beef roulades from the pot and let rest.
- 8. Serve the red cabbage as a side and slice the beef roulades.
