Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 50 g Ghee or butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 TL Coriander powder
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, water, salt, and sugar and knead into a dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll out thinly.
- 4. Brush with ghee or butter and roll up.
- 5. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
- 6. Serve warm, optionally with dhal.
