Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- optional, 50 g Cheese
- 1 Stück, optional Onion
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil, and cool the potatoes.
- 2. Grate the cooled potatoes.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and mix it with the potatoes (optional).
- 4. Heat the butter in a pan and add the potato mixture.
- 5. Fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 6. Flip and fry the other side as well.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
