Ingredients
- 600g Beef brisket
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 500ml Beef broth
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Boil the brisket in a large pot of water for 2 hours until tender.
- 2. Let the meat cool, remove any sinew, and shred into strips.
- 3. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil.
- 4. Dice the tomatoes and add them along with the beef broth and cumin.
- 5. Add the shredded meat to the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Serve with rice or plant-based sides.
