🍲 Hot Romesco Crème Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 EL Smoked paprika powder
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 50 g Hazelnuts
- 3 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pot and toast the hazelnuts over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant. Remove them from the pot.
- 2. In the same pot, heat the remaining 2 tbsp of oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic and fry for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- 3. Stir in the smoked paprika and pour in the chicken broth. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat. Puree the soup finely with an immersion blender. Stir in the crème fraîche and the roasted hazelnuts.
