  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top/bottom heat and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. 2. Mix the soft butter with the sugar and salt in a bowl until creamy.
  3. 3. Add the eggs one by one and beat well after adding each one before adding the next.
  4. 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture alternately with the yogurt.
  5. 5. Squeeze the grated radish to remove excess liquid and mix it with the vinegar. Fold the mixture gently into the batter.
  6. 6. Fill the paper liners two-thirds full and bake the magdalenas for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
