🧁 Romantic Horseradish Magdalena

Ingredients
- 150 g Wheat flour (Type 405)
- 100 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter (soft)
- 2 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 100 g Yogurt (plain, 1.5% fat)
- 8 g Baking powder
- 50 g Daikon radish (grated)
- 10 ml Vinegar (apple or mild)
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top/bottom heat and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2. Mix the soft butter with the sugar and salt in a bowl until creamy.
- 3. Add the eggs one by one and beat well after adding each one before adding the next.
- 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture alternately with the yogurt.
- 5. Squeeze the grated radish to remove excess liquid and mix it with the vinegar. Fold the mixture gently into the batter.
- 6. Fill the paper liners two-thirds full and bake the magdalenas for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
