  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Thaw the spinach and squeeze it well to remove excess water.
  3. 3. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, nutmeg, and spinach in a bowl.
  4. 4. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the mixture.
  5. 5. Mix tomato paste with 200 ml of water and olive oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Place the filled cannelloni side by side in a baking dish.
  7. 7. Pour the tomato-water mixture over the cannelloni.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the top with a little more Parmesan.
  9. 9. Bake the cannelloni for 25 minutes in the oven.
