🥬 Cannelloni with Spinach and Ricotta

Ingredients
- 160 g Cannelloni tubes (dry)
- 250 g Ricotta Cheese
- 200 g Spinach (frozen)
- 1 Stk Egg
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 20 g Tomato Paste
- 1 g Nutmeg
- 20 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Thaw the spinach and squeeze it well to remove excess water.
- 3. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, nutmeg, and spinach in a bowl.
- 4. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the mixture.
- 5. Mix tomato paste with 200 ml of water and olive oil in a pan.
- 6. Place the filled cannelloni side by side in a baking dish.
- 7. Pour the tomato-water mixture over the cannelloni.
- 8. Sprinkle the top with a little more Parmesan.
- 9. Bake the cannelloni for 25 minutes in the oven.
