Ingredients
- 400 g Lamb
- 2 Stück Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (3 cm) Ginger
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 TL Garam Masala
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Cut lamb into cubes and sauté.
- 2. Finely chop onions, garlic, and ginger and add to lamb.
- 3. Dice tomatoes and add.
- 4. Sprinkle in garam masala and cumin and mix.
- 5. Stir in yogurt and let simmer on low heat.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
