🍳 Rösti with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 30 g butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes.
- 2. Finely dice the onion and mix the grated potatoes with onion, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Heat 15 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan.
- 4. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the pan and fry over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- 5. After half the time, carefully flip the Rösti to brown the other side.
- 6. Meanwhile, fry the eggs in a separate pan.
- 7. Serve the Rösti on plates and top each with a fried egg.
