🍞 Oven Roasted Tomato Focaccia

Ingredients
- 300 g All-purpose flour
- 7 g Yeast
- 4 Stück Spring onions
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 180 ml Water (lukewarm)
- 6 g Salt
- 10 g Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- 2. Mix the flour with the salt and add the yeast liquid. Knead the dough until smooth for 5 minutes.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- 4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the spring onions into rings.
- 5. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and press indentations into it. Distribute tomatoes and onions on top.
- 6. Pour the olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and salt.
- 7. Bake the focaccia at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let the focaccia cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
