  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt and add the yeast liquid. Knead the dough until smooth for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the spring onions into rings.
  5. 5. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and press indentations into it. Distribute tomatoes and onions on top.
  6. 6. Pour the olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and salt.
  7. 7. Bake the focaccia at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the focaccia cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
