🍅 Oven Roasted Tomato Bruschetta with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 1 Laib Ciabatta Bread
- 300 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 125 g Fresh Mozzarella
- 30 ml Olive Oil
- 1 Stk Garlic Clove
- 10 ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
- 3. Mix the tomatoes with half of the olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
- 5. Cut the ciabatta bread into 4 thick slices and toast them in a dry pan until golden brown.
- 6. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 7. Place the mozzarella slices on the toasted bread slices.
- 8. Place the warm oven tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
- 9. Drizzle the remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the bruschetta.
- 10. Serve the bruschetta immediately while warm.
