🍅 Roasted Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 320 g Penne
- 600 g Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Stk Garlic cloves
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 1 Bund Fresh basil
- 200 g Mozzarella balls (small)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Cook the penne in salted water al dente and drain them.
- 3. Place the cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
- 4. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 20 minutes until soft and slightly browned.
- 6. Squeeze the baked garlic cloves out of their skins and mash them with a fork.
- 7. Mix the drained pasta with the roasted tomatoes, garlic, and halved mozzarella balls.
- 8. Crumble the fresh basil over the top and serve the dish warm.
