  2. 2. Take the peppers out of the jar, dry them with a kitchen towel, and cut them into thin strips.
  3. 3. Mix the curd cheese, chopped parsley, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan.
  5. 5. Spread the pepper curd cheese mixture thickly onto the toasted bread slices.
  6. 6. Distribute the pepper strips evenly over the spread.
  7. 7. Top with the feta crumble and serve the tartines immediately.
