🫑 Roasted Pepper Curd Cheese Tartine

Ingredients
- 200 g Roasted Red Peppers (from jar)
- 250 g Curd Cheese (Skyr/Quijote)
- 1 Bund Fresh Parsley
- 4 Stück Whole Grain Bread Slices
- 1 TL White Wine Vinegar
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 50 g Feta (crumbled)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely.
- 2. Take the peppers out of the jar, dry them with a kitchen towel, and cut them into thin strips.
- 3. Mix the curd cheese, chopped parsley, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan.
- 5. Spread the pepper curd cheese mixture thickly onto the toasted bread slices.
- 6. Distribute the pepper strips evenly over the spread.
- 7. Top with the feta crumble and serve the tartines immediately.
