  3. 3. Take the peppers out of the jar, dry them slightly, and cut them into strips.
  4. 4. Spread the goat cheese evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Place the pepper strips and arugula on top of the cheese.
  6. 6. Drizzle some balsamic glaze over it and season with salt and pepper.
