🥖 Roasted Pepper Bruschetta with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Ciabatta bread
- 150 g Marinated peppers (from jar)
- 80 g Goat cheese
- 15 ml Balsamic glaze
- 5 ml Olive oil
- 30 g Arugula
- 1 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the ciabatta breads into thick slices.
- 2. Fry the bread slices in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- 3. Take the peppers out of the jar, dry them slightly, and cut them into strips.
- 4. Spread the goat cheese evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- 5. Place the pepper strips and arugula on top of the cheese.
- 6. Drizzle some balsamic glaze over it and season with salt and pepper.
