🌶️ Roasted Pepper Gorgonzola Cavatappi

Ingredients
- 240 g Cavatappi or Macaroni
- 200 g Large red bell pepper (diced)
- 100 g Onion (diced)
- 80 g Gorgonzola Doppio cheese
- 120 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 5 g Garlic (chopped)
- 10 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the pepper cubes and onions in butter and a spoonful of oil in a pan over medium heat until soft and slightly caramelized.
- 2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- 3. Boil the Cavatappi pasta in salted water al dente.
- 4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream and crumbled Gorgonzola into the pepper mixture until the cheese is melted.
- 5. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
