  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. 2. Whisk the olive oil, honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. 3. Brush the peach slices with half of the dressing and place them on the baking tray. Roast the peaches for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Take the tray out and distribute the arugula on large plates. Place dollops of goat cheese cream onto the salad.
  5. 5. Add the warm peaches and the roasted walnuts. Drizzle the remaining dressing over it and serve immediately.
