🍑 Oven Peaches with Honey Mascarpone

Ingredients
- 4 Stk Peaches
- 20 ml Honey
- 200 g Mascarpone cheese
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 5 ml Lemon juice
- 4 Stk Mint leaves
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the peaches, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the stone.
- 3. Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- 4. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and spoon one teaspoon into each peach cavity.
- 5. Bake the peaches for 15 minutes in the oven until they are soft.
- 6. Meanwhile, whisk the mascarpone with the vanilla extract in a small bowl.
- 7. Remove the peaches from the oven and place a large spoonful of mascarpone cream into each peach half.
- 8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve warm.
