🧄 Roasted Garlic Cream Penne

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 10 g Garlic cloves
- 250 ml Cream (min. 20% fat)
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 20 g Butter
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking dish.
- 2. Cook the penne in salted water al dente and drain them.
- 3. Finely crush the garlic cloves and melt the butter in a small pan. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
- 4. Pour the cream into the pan and let it reduce slightly for 3 minutes.
- 5. Mix the penne, garlic cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg in the baking dish.
- 6. Bake the pasta in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
