  2. 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place them on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and place them on the same baking sheet next to the sweet potatoes.
  4. 4. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Brush everything with olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken and chickpeas with paprika powder and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Place the tray in the oven and bake everything for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Meanwhile, wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
  8. 8. Mix the coconut yogurt with the juice of half the lemon and a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Crumble the feta cheese roughly.
  10. 10. Divide the warm mixture of chicken, chickpeas, and sweet potatoes among 4 bowls. Top with cucumbers, feta, and the lemon-yogurt sauce.
