🍲 Easy Risotto alla Milanese

Ingredients
- 320 g Risotto rice (Arborio)
- 1 Liter Beef broth
- 120 ml Dry white wine
- 2 Stk Onions
- 60 g Butter
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 1 Prisen Saffron threads
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat the broth in a pot and keep it warm.
- 2. Finely chop the onions.
- 3. Heat oil and 20g of butter in a large pot and sauté the onions until translucent.
- 4. Add the rice and stir for 2 minutes until the grains look slightly translucent.
- 5. Deglaze the rice with the white wine and stir until the liquid has evaporated.
- 6. Dissolve the saffron in a few spoonfuls of the hot broth.
- 7. Add the broth to the rice one ladle at a time and stir regularly. Add the saffron broth after 5 minutes.
- 8. Stir the Parmesan and the remaining butter into the finished rice (Mantecatura).
- 9. Serve the risotto immediately.
