🍝 Milanese Risotto

Ingredients
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 1 Onion
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 100 ml White wine
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 20 g butter
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 1 EL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
- 2. Add rice and toast briefly.
- 3. Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce.
- 4. Gradually add broth, stirring until rice is creamy.
- 5. Add saffron and mix well.
- 6. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
