🍝 Tomato Risotto

Ingredients
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml White wine
- 1 EL Basil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add tomatoes and crush them.
- 3. Add rice and toast briefly.
- 4. Deglaze with white wine and gradually add broth.
- 5. Stir in basil and parmesan, serve.
