🍝 Seafood Risotto

Ingredients
- 150 g Arborio rice
- 100 g Shrimp
- 100 g Squid
- 1 Onion
- 500 ml Fish broth
- 100 ml White wine
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 EL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add shrimp and squid, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add rice and toast briefly.
- 4. Deglaze with white wine, then gradually add broth.
- 5. Stir in parmesan and garnish with parsley.
