🍜 Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 300 g beef fillet
- 150 g broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 Stück ginger
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into strips.
- 2. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Chop garlic and ginger.
- 4. Sauté beef in a pan over high heat.
- 5. Add vegetables and seasonings, stir well.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 7. Serve or let cool for meal prep.
