🍲 Rare Beef Pho (Phở Tái)

Ingredients
- 1 L beef broth
- 200 g beef (for pho)
- 150 g rice noodles (Bánh phở)
- 1 onion
- 30 g ginger
- frisch, nach Geschmack basil
- 1 Prise fresh herbs (mint)
- 1 lime
- 1 Prise chili
- 1 EL soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Bring the beef broth to a boil and add ginger and onion.
- 2. Slice the beef thinly and set aside for garnish.
- 3. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Let the broth simmer for 1 hour.
- 5. Place the rice noodles in bowls and top with beef.
- 6. Pour hot broth over noodles and beef, garnishing with basil and lime.
