Ingredients
- 200 g Beef (e.g. Brisket)
- 150 g kimchi
- 500 ml Water
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Stk. Spring Onions
- 1 EL Chili Paste
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into pieces.
- 2. Brown the beef in a pot until brown.
- 3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté.
- 4. Add water and kimchi, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste.
- 6. Add spring onions and serve.
