Ingredients
- 400 g beef
- 200 g carrots
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 800 ml beef broth
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cube beef and sauté.
- 2. Add onion and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add potatoes and pour in beef broth.
- 4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve hot.
