🍖 Beef Roulades

Ingredients
- 400 g beef (round)
- 100 g bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 TL mustard
- 500 ml broth
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 2 EL oil
- 2 Stück pickles
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef into thin slices and pound it down.
- 2. Spread with mustard, and place the bacon, onion, and pickles on top.
- 3. Roll up the roulade and tie with kitchen twine.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and brown the roulades.
- 5. Add broth and let simmer gently for 1.5 hours.
