🍖 Beef Roulades with Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 beef roulades
- 2 EL mustard
- 100 g bacon
- 1 onion
- 300 g red cabbage
- 1 apples
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Flatten the beef roulades and spread with mustard.
- 2. Top with bacon and onion, then roll up tightly.
- 3. Sear in a skillet and set aside.
- 4. Sauté red cabbage and diced apples in the pan.
- 5. Add beef broth, return the roulades and braise for 1.5 hours.
- 6. Serve the beef roulades with red cabbage.
