🍝 Beef Roll Lasagna

Ingredients
- 6 Stück Lasagna sheets
- 200 g Beef rolls
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Carrots
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 50 g Bacon
- 100 g Cheese
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- einige Blätter Basil
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef rolls into small pieces and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Chop onion and carrots and add them. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Add tomato sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, beef mixture, and cheese.
- 5. Repeat alternately and finish with cheese.
- 6. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes, serve with fresh basil.
