🍖 Beef Fillet with Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g beef fillet
- 4 EL balsamic vinegar
- 1 Stück onion
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 2 TL sugar
- 2 EL cooking oil
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Sear beef fillet in oil.
- 2. Add onion and garlic and sauté lightly.
- 3. Add balsamic and sugar.
- 4. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Season with pepper and salt.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
