Ingredients
- 200g Cooked Rice
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 150g Broccoli
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Oil
- 2 Spring Onions
Instructions
- 1. Chop the bell pepper and broccoli, slice the spring onions.
- 2. Heat oil in a wok pan, stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- 4. Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
