🥗 Rice and Peas

Ingredients
- 200g rice
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100g peas
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice thoroughly and drain.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic, then sauté in a pot.
- 3. Add coconut milk, water, and bay leaf.
- 4. Bring to a boil, then add rice and peas.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes, then serve.
