Ingredients
- 200 Basmati rice
- 200 Coconut milk
- 150 Kidney beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice and combine with kidney beans in a pot.
- 2. Add coconut milk, onion, garlic, and thyme and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked.
