🥪 Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben Rye bread
- 200 g Corned beef
- 4 Scheiben Swiss cheese
- 100 g sauerkraut
- 3 EL Russian dressing
- 2 EL butter
Instructions
- 1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- 2. Spread the unbuttered side with a layer of Russian dressing.
- 3. Top two slices with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
- 4. Cover with remaining slices, buttered side facing out.
- 5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 6. Slice in half and serve.
