  3. 3. Top two slices with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
  4. 4. Cover with remaining slices, buttered side facing out.
  5. 5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Slice in half and serve.
