🍛 Rendang - Indonesian Beef Curry

Ingredients
- 400g Beef
- 400ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Puree onion, garlic and ginger.
- 2. Brown the beef in a pan until browned.
- 3. Add pureed mixture to the beef and stir well.
- 4. Add coconut milk and spices, bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
- 6. Serve with rice before serving.
