🍛 Red Thai Curry with Tofu

Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
- 2 EL Red curry paste
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 200g Broccoli
- 1 Carrots
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 1 Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté.
- 2. Add red curry paste and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add sliced vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Season with soy sauce and garnish with coriander.
