🍝 Ravioli with Pumpkin Filling

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 200 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook and puree the pumpkin.
- 2. Mix flour and eggs in a bowl to make a dough.
- 3. Mix the pumpkin puree with parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 4. Roll out the dough thinly and fill it.
- 5. Shape the ravioli and cook in salted water for 4-5 minutes.
- 6. Serve with sage butter.
