🍗 Classic Ratatouille Bowl with Grilled Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast (boneless)
- 150 g Zucchini
- 200 g Bell pepper (red and yellow)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Stück (groß) Onion
- 10 g Basilic (fresh)
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic (pressed)
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Marinate them with 10 ml olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let them sit for 5 minutes.
- 2. Cut the zucchini, bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes into coarse cubes. Halve the tomatoes.
- 3. Heat 20 ml olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips for approx. 6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove them and cut them into strips.
- 4. Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan for 2 minutes. Then add all the vegetable pieces (zucchini, peppers). Cook them for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft but firm to the bite. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 5. Take the pan off the heat. Add the tomatoes and fresh basil. Gently stir everything. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serving: Divide the ratatouille onto 4 bowls. Place the chicken strips on top. Take the meal with you if you prefer it cold, or eat it warm.
