🥚 Flamm Cake Omelet with Ratatouille

Ingredients
- 4 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 1 Stk Zucchini
- 1 Stk Pepper (red)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 60 g Goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Dried thyme
- 0.5 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut zucchini, pepper, and onion into very small cubes.
- 2. Sauté the vegetables in the pan with oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper until loose.
- 4. Add the sautéed vegetables to the eggs and mix well.
- 5. Heat a small non-stick pan with a little oil.
- 6. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes.
- 7. Carefully flip the omelet to cook the other side (2 minutes).
- 8. Sprinkle the finished omelet with goat cheese and thyme.
- 9. Place the omelet on a plate and serve warm.
