🥗 Ratatouille with Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 Dose chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL thyme
- 1 TL basil
Instructions
- 1. Chop the vegetables.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
- 3. Sauté onion and garlic.
- 4. Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Add chickpeas and season.
- 6. Serve garnished with basil and thyme.
