🥗 Oven Ratatouille

Ingredients
- 1 Stück eggplant
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL thyme
- 1 TL basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into even pieces.
- 3. Toss the vegetables with olive oil and spices.
- 4. Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- 5. Serve hot or warm.
