Ingredients
- 100 g yellow lentils
- 30 g walnuts
- 1 onion
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 TL cumin
- 1/2 TL cinnamon
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 EL ghee or oil
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils in water until soft.
- 2. Prepare onion, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Heat ghee and sauté onion, ginger, and garlic.
- 4. Add cumin and cinnamon, cook for a few minutes.
- 5. Add cooked lentils, walnuts, and coconut milk, stir well, and simmer for a few more minutes.
