🍲 Rasam - Spiced Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Water
- 1 Rasam Powder
- 1 Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chilies
- 1 Oil
- 0.5 Mustard Seeds
- 0.5 Turmeric
Instructions
- 1. Puree the tomatoes and mix with water.
- 2. Add rasam powder, turmeric, and salt, and bring to a boil.
- 3. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and green chilies.
- 5. Pour the tempered oil over the soup and garnish with coriander.
- 6. Serve hot, best with rice.
