Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/4 TL asafoetida
- 1 TL Mustard Seeds
- 1 Green Chili
- zum Garnieren Coriander Leaves
- 3 Tassen Water
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Blend the tomatoes and place in a pot with water.
- 2. Toast mustard seeds and asafoetida in a pan.
- 3. Add the roasted mixture to the tomato broth.
- 4. Season with salt and cook.
- 5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
