🍲 Miso ramen with egg

Ingredients
- 2 EL Miso paste
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 1 L Chicken broth
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 2 Egg
- handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Add the miso paste and soy sauce, stirring well until dissolved.
- 3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- 4. While the noodles are cooking, boil the eggs in another pot for 6-7 minutes, then cool under cold water and peel.
- 5. Slice the spring onions and add them to the soup when the noodles are almost done.
- 6. Serve the ramen in bowls, halve the eggs and place on top. Garnish with fresh coriander.
