  1. 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add the miso paste and soy sauce, stirring well until dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. While the noodles are cooking, boil the eggs in another pot for 6-7 minutes, then cool under cold water and peel.
  5. 5. Slice the spring onions and add them to the soup when the noodles are almost done.
  6. 6. Serve the ramen in bowls, halve the eggs and place on top. Garnish with fresh coriander.
