Ingredients
- 300 g Trout
- 50 g Salt
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL dill
- 4 Scheiben Rye bread
Instructions
- 1. Fillet the trout and remove the skin.
- 2. Rub the fish fillets with salt and layer in a jar.
- 3. Slice the onion and place between the layers of fish.
- 4. Add water and dill, close the lid, and store in the fridge.
- 5. Let the fish ferment for at least one week.
- 6. Serve with rye bread.
